Prior to working as a Career Consultant, Alicia has gained significant experience in the practical application of Human Resources working for a number of large multinational corporations in varying capacities. This has included consulting to organisations on ways in which to improve their employee engagement, and as a Learning Consultant for one of Australia’s largest investment banks.
A professional member of the Career Development Association of Australia (CDAA), Alicia is educated with a Bachelor of Business (Management and Human Resources) and a Master of Business (Human Resources) both obtained from UTS, coupled with a Graduate Certificate in Career Development & Education from RMIT. Furthermore, Alicia adopts a continuous improvement ethos within her professional practice, and she endeavours to remain abreast of current trends in the industry through the application of continued professional development. Together with her outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, this knowledge and experience highlights Alicia’s expertise and professionalism in dealing with career related matters, and her ability to understand and apply what employers want from their successful candidates.
